SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

As specified in different places throughout our website, for shipping inside the USA, we charge a flat shipping fee of 5.95$ for each order, wherever you may find yourself.

In most cases, your order will be at your door somewhere between 7-15 days, depending on your location.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Additional costs such as tax and customs may occur. Charme Accessories is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Tax and customs fees are different in each country, so before purchasing any product/s from our store, we recommend you check these with the postal office that you belong to.

We sincerely hope that you do not use additional import costs or customs clearance delays as a reason for requesting refunds or leaving negative feedback.

DELAYS AND LOST DELIVERIES

Unfortunately, as with all delivery services, there are rare circumstances where parcels do not arrive in the agreed timescale or they are lost completely. Under these circumstances, we endeavor to ensure that the item is delivered to you as soon as possible by contacting the delivery service and attempting to locate your parcel and have it delivered. In the case of lost items, we cannot refund orders or send out a replacement until the delivery is confirmed to be lost. This must be confirmed by the delivery service themselves, and the time periods at which items can be confirmed lost depends on the delivery service used.
